Deirdre's a graduate of Temple University and spent about 10 years working in the healthcare industry before joining the Settle Down team. One of her favorite parts about living in Philly is its walkable neighborhoods and the many miles of trails the city offers, and when she's not at work can usually be found somewhere in the city biking or taking a long "urban hike" with her husband and their dog, Clover. Outside of her day-to-day in Philly, Deirdre spends as much time as she can outdoors by camping, backpacking, and hiking all across the northeast in places such as the Appalachian Trail, Pine Barrens, and the Catskills, where she's currently working towards becoming a member of Catskills 3500 club.
